I offer one on one telehealth therapy. My approach to therapy draws from relational, humanistic, strengths based, person centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, trauma-focused, and attachment work. I also have training in cognitive behavioral therapy if appropriate. We will work together to develop a space and approach that works best for you.

Reach out through the contact form, and we will schedule a 15 minute free consultation call to discuss your current needs/hopes for therapy. This will help us see if we are a good fit to work together.

I am not in-network with insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill after each session that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement eligibility and coverage amounts vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific benefits.
Working outside of insurance offers greater flexibility, autonomy, and privacy in the therapeutic process. It also allows our work together to develop at a pace that feels right for you, without external pressures or limitations, and to focus on your unique experience rather than on a diagnosis or problem to be “fixed.”
These are questions that would be beneficial to ask your insurance provider:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
How do I file my claims so that I can get reimbursed for out-of-network services?
